Woods told The Associated Press he spent Thursday having the injury treated. Woods is confident he will play Sunday, when the Bills (2-0) host the San Diego Chargers (1-1). The second-year player walked with only a slight limp. Coach Doug Marrone provided no details on the nature or seriousness of the injury except to say Woods was hurt near the end of practice Wednesday.
